补充高蛋白的食物:豆类、肉类
适当的食用高蛋白食物,如豆腐、猪牛羊肉、家禽肉、鱼类等,可及时补充体内损失的热量。因为热量消耗过度也会使人疲劳,所以及时补充热量可很快消除疲劳感。
